As 2010 rolls to a close, HomeFree-USA recognizes that there will be thousands more homeowners who will need our help through financial counseling, foreclosure prevention and modification assistance. In order to ensure that we can serve every homeowner who comes to us in financial trouble, we need your help!

HomeFree-USA depends on donations to cover general operating expenses, as well as to fund our various programs. The work that we are doing has definitely paid off, as we enjoy a remarkable zero percent foreclosure rate among families that have participated in our pre and post-purchase counseling programs. A tax-deductible donation can help pay for foreclosure prevention classes for homeowners, awareness campaigns so that homeowners know their rights or assistance for a family that is in danger of losing their home.

As a result, we ask that you please consider making a donation that can be earmarked for one or more of the following areas:

· PROJECT RESTORE, HomeFree-USA’s revolutionary new program designed to reduce foreclosures and re-defaults, as well as stabilize the financial viability of homeowners.

· S.O.A.R., a new leadership academy for inner-city youth that teaches them the essential life skills needed to be responsible citizens and successful civic and business leaders.

· Save A Family Fund, a program that helps families who are going into foreclosure to make the transition.

· The General Operating Budget, which includes funds for paying staff, facilities and program development.
